We use state-of-the-art, microprocessor-based orbital welding power supplies, controllers and specialty welding tools. Our orbital welding expertise includes small diameter, thin-walled tubing and fittings, tubing to tubesheet welding and stainless steel pipe and fittings.

Orbital welding technology allows the component and weld head to remain stationary, while the electrode carrier rotates. Microprocessor-based power supplies control arc current/voltage and rotational speed for precise control of the weld parameters. This makes it the ideal choice for critical applications requiring fast, high-integrity, repeatable welds.
